Our team of experienced and qualified personnel are familiar with diverse and, often times, challenging job conditions. We draw upon their experience and knowledge to conduct a safe and productive crane lift.

We have developed and regularly update our SAFETY MANUAL as a guideline to compliment current OSHA and HIOSH safety regulations. Along with our regular safety reminder notices and TOOL BOX meetings, we also require our employees to attend onsite contractor safety meetings. All employees must comply with mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, to include company required hard hats and vests.

WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE
DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY.

Pre-Project Planning

Good communication helps bring every project to a safe and successful completion.  Therefore, the foundation for every Pacific Pile & Crane, Inc. project is pre-lift plan and hazard analysis conducted by Pacific Pile & Crane, Inc. operator and the customer's crew to make certain that the team understands the lift process and individual responsibilities.  This includes ensuring that the rigging crew is competent and capable, the load weight, radius, and clearance are correctly calculated, and the designated signal person is identified.  For critical lifts, Pacific Pile & Crane, Inc. utilizes CAD engineering to ensure safety and maximize performance.
